Description
Smallest and highest pitched wind instrument in the band. Often plays the melody (main tune) and fast ‘tricky’ parts of the music
Things to consider
- Requires fine motor skills and good air control
- A strong sense of rhythm and ability to work as a team are ideal characteristics
- Often takes practise to make your first sound (like blowing across a bottle top)
