With it’s wealth of experience and network of contacts in the industry, TSA is uniquely positioned to provide training and development to band conductors, directors, tutors and administrators. If you are new to a parent committee, have been recently nominated as the staff band liaison at your school or if you are making your start as a teacher/conductor then TSA can help guide you through many of the traps and tricks to the music game. Even if you have experience teaching and conducting in this field it is always great to join with other colleagues in our industry to brush up on the latest repertoire, resources and pedagogy.
TSA can also act as a consultant in your program, assisting with staff employment (including advertising, interviewing, screening and contracts), program structure/change, instrument demonstration, student recruitment and more.
